SOS Progress Update

The Seeds of Sustainability Introductory DVD filming has been completed and is now in the editing room! Content is being generated and we are working closely with the feedback from our community in regards to the best way to get this information out into the world.

This past month has been quite a ride as we pull everything together for this course. The journey towards a wholly different orientation about food is an exciting one, as an individual and part of group. Food and nutrition is such a foundational aspect of life and basic health, its hard not to get really pumped when each new food creates a multitude of different directions to go in. We had a fellow raw food enthusiast staying here at the ranch for a few weeks, and created a bunch of videos and recipes to share with the SOS community.

One of the things I personally feel the best about is creating delicious desserts that taste as good to the body as they do to the tongue. There is no substitute for having a big bowl of guilt free ice cream or cake that leaves you feeling light and energized, rather than heavy and sluggish. I am fully confident that this is an idea whose time has come, and think you will agree when you see the recipes and videos we will be releasing over the coming months.

We are fortunate to have the assistance of a professional video engineer for this project (thank you Buck! ) and are gearing up for a full focus on editing the DVD for a tentative June 21st release. To all of you who have not yet received a reply to your queries, Seeds of Sustainability dot org will be up soon with a FAQ that should answer most of your questions, although we answer them personally whenever we find the time. We will be posting updates as we go along!
